The concierge is responsible for checking in and scheduling patients, preparing paperwork, taking payments, handling walk-ins, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the waiting room. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be detail oriented and the ability to be flexible and prioritize.
We are looking for a medical billing specialist to join our team. The medical billing specialist is responsible for insurance claim follow-up, answering patient questions, posting patient payments, as well as other duties. A minimum of two years of related experience in a medical or business environment supporting professional billing and phone serivces is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, be detail oriented and have the ability to be flexible and prioritize.
The medical coding specialist is responsible for the coding of professional and facility claims. This position requires an understanding of CPT, HCPCs, ICD-10, chart audits, as well as insurance billing. A minimum of two years experience required, CPC designation is not required but preferred. Job responsibilities will also require answering patient questions, collecting and posting patient payments, as well as other duties. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possess strong customer service skills, and be detail oriented.
