Dr. Morales discovered her passion for patient care while attending a medical magnet high school, where she saw firsthand the impact of meaningful connections between doctors and patients. She also found fulfillment in the problem-solving physicians perform to find solutions. This inspired her life’s mission: creating trust and providing excellent, compassionate care for all of her patients.
Her mission inspired her to earn her undergraduate degree at Yale University. She later attended the Vanderbilt School of Medicine and spent her internship and residency at Washington University. Her hard work was recognized by faculty and was voted to receive the Drs. James and Linda Duan-Song Award for Clinical/Surgical Excellence, which represents her dedication to patient care in ophthalmology.
