Meet Dr. Steiner

Dr. Steiner specializes in the evaluation and management of cornea, cataract, and glaucoma surgery patients.

A North Dakota native, Dr. Steiner has the distinction of having gained early acceptance to optometry school so that she began her studies before her undergraduate degree was complete.

Before joining Vance Thompson Vision, Dr. Steiner specialized in eye surgery management for eight years. Her work was bolstered by the advanced clinical training she received and the articles she was able to publish during her training.

Dr. Steiner is a member of several optometry organizations.

Personal & Hobbies

Alongside her husband, Joe, Ceara stays busy chasing after their three children. While most of her hobbies have taken a backseat to raising her kids, she does volunteer for the Special Olympics, plays the occasional round of golf, stays active, and attends a wide variety of sporting events.

Dr. Steiner, Jamie & staff are always incredibly patience, kind and professional! This is our second time here for my dad and they have treated him with nothing but kindness and professionalism. The overall impression you receive from Vance Thompson is very positive. This begins with the front desk associates they are kind, patient, and very helpful. The medical assistants are are knowledgeable and were willing to take the time to explain the procedure and calm my nerves. Dr Steiner well I cant say enough about how much I appreciate her expertise and her ability to explain and help me understand what options I have and the procedures available. I am more than pleased with the results and will return as a patient if needed in the future. I highly recommend.
